1. Commencement of any service requires the payment of an upfront amount. Without the upfront payment, the processing of the service cannot proceed.

2. All proposed plans are deemed non-refundable, underscoring the importance of careful consideration before enrollment. However, a refund may be considered in exceptional cases where the intended outcomes are not achieved.

3. Should a client face unforeseen job loss or termination subsequent to availing our services, we offer complimentary marketing assistance. However, the obligation to settle any outstanding amounts arises if alternative services are engaged.

4. Discounts, if applicable, will only be sanctioned by authorized personnel from Aspire Tech-IT Solutions. Such agreements must be documented in writing.

5. In the event of misleading actions by the candidate pertaining to payment terms, Aspire Tech-IT Solutions reserves the right to take stringent actions against the candidate.

6. The services explicitly mentioned are inclusive, and any additional services required by the candidate necessitate the payment of extra fees, as determined by the Aspire Team.

7. Candidates are entitled to modify their selected plans post the initiation of the process, ensuring flexibility in adapting to evolving needs.
